New book on sustainable land management

The anthology “Sustainable Land Management in a European Context – a Co-Design Approach” is newly published by Springer.

The book links different perspectives on design issues for more sustainable land use and provides an overview of current discussions. Solutions for land management in a European context are presented and discussed over 350 pages. The volume emphasizes and illuminates, in particular, co-creation processes within the framework of the “co-design approach” and cooperations in transdisciplinary research processes between science and other actors.

For a broad readership from land systems and environmental sciences, social sciences and geosciences, new knowledge and experiences on the sustainable use of land are available here.
